Botswana is among Africa’s top destinations, high concentration of game and un-spoilt wonders make Botswana an ideal Safari destination. Almost three quarters of this country has Kalahari Desert, the Okavango River flows at north forming an inland delta or Okavango Delta.

A glimpse of Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe is impressive in seasons (February to end of May) and (October and November). After your walking trip, there are many optional activities to choose from, Victoria Falls is an adrenalin junkie’s dream playground, offering bungee jumping, white-water rafting, kayaking, & even a helicopter flip over the Falls to get a different perspective.

Day 1 :

Arrive in Maun Airport and go to Kanana Camp

Fly by a light aircraft to Kanana Camp, a flight of 30 minutes. Honeymoon couples get reception & welcomed into the camp. They are briefed on all facilities with activities on offer. You have booked here for 2 nights in a tented room with all meals, local drinks and daily morning/ afternoon activities are included.

Day 2 :

The Okango Delta

Flight to OkavangoThe Okavango Delta (or Okavango Swamp), in Botswana, is a dream honeymoon destination in botswana. It provides what is perhaps the most exclusive & private wilderness safari experience in the world. The delta is flat, with less than 2 meters variation in height across 15,000 km² area. The Moremi Game Reserve spreads across the eastern side of the delta. The area was once a part of Lake Makgadikgadi, an ancient lake that dried in early Holocene.

Kanana Camp is at a scenic part of the Okavango Delta. The camp is at a private concession near Xudum River and the area around the camp has palm fringed islands. During July – September, Kanana offers water experience with mokoro safaris & boating.

Okavango – Mokoro Ride

The camp has 8 stylish tented rooms, raised on teak decks with views of plains, with en suite facilities. There is a main lounge, dining area & swimming pool. A variety of activities ideal for honeymooners are offered like day & night game drives, mokoro, boating safari and walking safaris. The camp is a treat for birding, heronry & Pels Fishing owl sightings are common.

Day 3 :

Savute Safari Lodge

Reach at Savute Safari Lodge by a light aircraft, a flight for 55 mins. After being dry for three decades the Savute Channel began flowing again in 2009, totally transforming the Savute area of Chobe National Park. This is now one of the spots to go on safaris. Watch elephants, herds of buffalo, predators like lion, Wild Dogs & leopard. The Lodge is positioned to view to all action and is only 50 metres from the Savute Channel. Savute lodge has high standards & is a most luxurious option.

Unlike tented rooms of Okavango and Linyanti camps, the 12 rooms here are constructed of timber and thatch. It is spacious, elegantly furnished with an open plan bedroom, lounge area with sliding glass doors & own private viewing deck.

Day 4 :

Flight for Kasane then Chobe Game Lodge

Reach Kasane by a light aircraft, a flight for 45 minutes. On arrival at the airstrip, get transferred to Chobe Game Lodge, that is 30 minutes drive. Upon arrival at the lodge, you will be welcomed into the lodge & briefed on the facilities/activities on offer. You are booked here for 2 nights in a standard room with all meals, local drinks & daily activities included.

Day 5 :

Chobe National Park

Chobe has giant elephants, Cape buffalo herds and Puku in southern regions. In 2009 an official censor counted around 120.000 animals. The area near Kasane has concentration of animals around the Chobe River front especially in dry season.
Chobe Game Lodge is situated inside Chobe National Park and set apart from the busy riverfront area near Kasane village. This means that you get excellent experiences of game viewing that Chobe has to offer with less crowds. It is a 5 star lodge situated at the park, which is great, if you are looking for high standards of accommodation and any facilities for safari.


All 47 rooms are river facing with air conditioning, overhead fans, complimentary mini bar and a private terrace. For that extra bit of exclusivity & luxury is there with 4 suites with their own plunge pool on the terrace and separate lounge area.
The lodge has all facilities you would expect on a 5 star property. Dining area inside & outside on the terrace overlooking Chobe River, a bar area, a cigar lounge with billiard table and a well stocked library is present. A spa, salon, a gym, a pool facility is available. It has distinction of having the only all female guiding team in Botswana.


Game drives are operated in the quieter remote areas of Chobe in open sided 4×4 vehicles for maximum visibility. Safari cruises on Chobe River are offered in small boats which allow to get close with all the action along the riverfront. There is also a double decker river cruise which is perfect for sunset cruises with sundowners and snacks served on board.

Day 6 :

Transfer to Kasane Airport

Today you will be transferred to Kasane Airport for your onward journey.
