Day 1 :

Kochi (Arrival)

A representative to get transfered at a vibrant spot in Cochin, which is commonly referred as the Gateway of Kerala. Explore an ancient form of dance, watch Kathakali on this day.

Day 2 :

Kochi Sightseeing – Drive to Munnar

After breakfast, prepare to explore Church of St Francis, areas like Fort Kochi, Mattancherry Palace or Dutch Palace.

  • Display of mythological stories of ancient India, Mahabharata and Ramayana can be found inside Mattancherry Palace. See the Chinese fishing nets & explore all main attractions in Munnar.

Day 3 :

Munnar

After breakfast, enjoy sections of Old Munnar, which includes charming Christ Church with its original fourteen rows of wooden pews. Tea Museum remains open from 1000 hrs to 1700 hrs. Post lunch, explore Mattupetty Lake, and a hydel plant.

Day 4 :

Transfer for Thekkady (104 kms / 5 hrs drive)

Drive to Thekkady (Periyar) – the land of spice plantations. Post lunch at 2:00 PM, explore the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.
Experience shopping at the bustling spice bazaar at Kumily.

Note: ID proof for Periyar boat ride is mandatory.

Day 5 :

Transfer for Alleppey (153 kms / 5 hrs drive)

Drive to the idyllic backwaters of Alleppey. Alleppey is Kerala’s Venice, a heartland of mangrove fields, lagoons, inter-linked with winding canals. Take a boat on the lake which will be at a walkable distance from your stay.

Day 6 :

Departure at Kochi (85 kms / 2 hrs drive)

Bid farewell to your trip managers, as you will be travelling towards the end of a 5 Days Vacation at Kochi.
